The quickest way is from the app, so your message already carries what we need:

  1. Open Privacy VPN and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Contact. Your email app opens with the app version and your Device ID filled in.
  3. Describe what happened and send.

Writing from somewhere else? Copy your Device ID from Settings > Device ID and paste it into your message.
